Your role will comprise of the following, but not limited to:
Managing customer service emails and administrative tasks
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience required
Liaising with Australia Post & DHL for customer orders
Onboarding and implementing new customer service policies and procedures to enhance our customers experience
Assisting in processing returns and processing labels
Creating weekly staff reports to provide to the Warehouse Manager
Creating weekly Refundid return reports
Liaising with Shopify Plus, Refundid portal.
Basic knowledge of Shopify Plus required
Picking, packing online orders when required
Ability to perform regular lifting duties for warehouse tasks
Administrative duties regarding Bayse Brand Customer Service emails
Ensure all Customer Service emails are up to date and responded to
Communicate with Warehouse Manager for any staffing errors
Communicate any information needed to Warehouse Manager to action.
