We're looking for chemistry experts to help evaluate and improve the next generation of AI models. Your scientific knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex chemistry problems — from undergraduate fundamentals to graduate-level challenges.

* Location: Remote
* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
* Design rigorous, advanced chemistry problems to test and benchmark AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, and physical chemistry
* Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with thorough logical reasoning
* Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
* Collaborate with researchers to refine and improve benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level chemistry topics
* Provide structured, actionable feedback to help AI systems reason more like expert scientists
Who You Are
* Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
* Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing
* Detail-oriented with the ability to critically assess reasoning quality
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
* No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
* Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks
* Familiarity with large language models or AI research workflows
* Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
