Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Darwin City, NT, for a Finance Graduate. The Finance Graduate will support the financial and accounting operations of the organization by assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, maintaining records, and performing financial reporting tasks. The candidate will also participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to streamlining financial processes.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Finance and Accounting, with experience in managing financial transactions and processes.
* Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and analyze financial data effectively.
* Knowledge of Financial Statements, including preparation and reporting.
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy in financial tasks.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
* Previous internships or experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with financial software tools is a plus.
