**Business Development Representative Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the building maintenance industry.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction industry. A demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales, project or construction management experience, and proficiency in CRM systems are also desirable.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
* Scheduling appointments and understanding prospective client needs
* Creating proposals and making presentations
* Winning new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals
* Continually building your prospect pipeline each day
You will also have the opportunity to manage projects sold to ensure completion of scope of work through independent contractors.
