We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Commercial Lawyer Lawyer for my client who are well known law firm in Perth. This is a great opportunity for somone who would like to develop their knowledge and experience.
Duties:-
* You'll work closely with an experienced commercial team and take an active role in advising clients across a broad range of matters, including:
* Shareholder agreements and advisory work
* Business and corporate structuring
* Drafting and negotiating business agreements
* Partnership and joint venture agreements
* Exposure to insolvency and restructuring matters (desirable, not essential)
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to grow within a respected commercial practice rather than being confined to narrow tasks.
Requirements
* Admitted lawyer with solid commercial law experience
* Strong drafting skills and commercial judgment
* Comfortable dealing directly with clients and stakeholders
* Practical, solutions-focused approach
* Insolvency experience is a plus, but not a requirement
