Key Responsibilities
* Gather and analyse business requirements related to Core Banking operations.
* Design and configure SAP Banking / TRBK solutions based on business requirements.
* Work on functional areas including Deposits Management and Customer Accounts and Banking Processes.
* Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
* Conduct workshops with business users and stakeholders.
* Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
* Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
* Provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
* Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in:
* Core Banking
* SAP Banking / TRBK functional consulting
* Strong hands-on experience in:
* Deposits Management
* Experience in SAP Banking solution design and configuration.
* Strong understanding of banking business processes and operations.
* Experience preparing functional specifications and test scenarios.
* Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience working in large-scale banking transformation programs.
* Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.
* Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
* Banking domain certifications or SAP certifications will be an advantage.
