About you
8. Experienced in managing a team in a high volume turnover flagship shop
9. Previous experience leading a team within a multi-tier management structure is preferred
10. Strong communication, coaching skills, a hands on ability – know how to empower and inspire your team to achieve their goals
11. Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards
12. Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
13. Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
14. Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets
15. High personal standards in providing superior customer service
16. Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture.
About the role
17. Overseeing the day-to-day functions of the sales floor and receiving/processing area
18. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and apply creative thinking to increase Shop sales and profits
19. Leading by example and role-modelling outstanding customer service by meeting and engaging with our wonderful customers and donors
20. Welcoming and training new team members into our business, supporting them to succeed and grow in their roles.
21. Coaching team members on supporting the general retail operations for best outcomes and sales
22. Lead meetings with key stakeholders to ensure a safety culture within the business
