Join the leading Bluescope steel new home frame manufacturer, Supaloc servicing iconic residential developer brand McDonald Jones Homes and more This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of the machinery to shape, cut and form steel into roof trusses, joists, and wall frames. The starting rate is $26 per hour, rising to $28 per hour after a 3‑month training period at the Tomago location.

Responsibilities
* Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans
* Assemble roof trusses, joists and wall frames to a high quality and standard
* Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of production tasks
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Safely operate hand power tools
Qualifications
* Excellent work ethic, honest, reliable, and punctual
* Experience with hand and power tools – training is provided
* General understanding of assembly work
* Comfortable with high volume, repetitive work
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Available to work Monday – Friday and occasional Saturdays – 38 hours per week
Applicants will undergo satisfactory employment screening. Depending on the role's requirements, this may include a National Police Check and pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
