Seeking a Business Analyst with experience delivering website solutions Your new company A Western Australian public sector organisation is seeking a high-calibre Business Analyst to support a significant ICT-led digital initiative, focused on the procurement and delivery of a new public-facing website solution. This engagement is suited to a mid to senior-level BA with strong experience across ICT, website solutions, digital platforms and procurement activities, who can quickly embed into the project and deliver outcomes with minimal ramp-up. Your new role Working closely with Procurement, ICT and Project stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in defining business requirements, shaping procurement strategy and preparing end-to-end tender and evaluation artefacts to support the selection of a website design, build and support partner. The client is seeking a qualified candidate, with evaluation weighted heavily toward capability, experience and quality of delivery, rather than purely cost. What you'll need to succeed Key Responsibilities: Procurement Strategy Develop draft and final procurement strategies, including sourcing options and market approach recommendations Facilitate internal decision-making on preferred procurement methods Collaborate with senior procurement stakeholders to confirm and endorse the sourcing strategy Design evaluation methodologies and scoring frameworks Define high-level commercial and contract structures for implementation and ongoing support Develop and maintain a procurement risk register Prepare indicative procurement timelines Tender Documentation (draft and final) Develop Statements of Requirements / Specifications covering: Solution scope (e.g. Website platform, UX/UI, content management, integrations) Functional and non-functional requirements Implementation and delivery activities (discovery, design, testing, content migration, training and go-live support) Support and maintenance requirements Prepare full tender documentation packs Develop response schedules covering solution architecture, delivery approach, support model, experience, pricing and compliance Evaluation Artefacts Develop evaluation plans and supporting tools/templates Prepare briefing papers, approval documentation and tender release readiness assessments Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering ICT-focused initiatives, particularly website solutions Demonstrated experience supporting digital or technology procurement processes Strong capability in developing procurement strategies, tender documentation and evaluation frameworks Experience working on website platforms, digital solutions or customer-facing systems Ability to operate at mid to senior level, engaging confidently with technical, business and procurement stakeholders Strong documentation, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills Knowledge of public sector procurement frameworks is highly regarded What you'll get in return 3-month contract with possibility of 3-month extension Competitive rate Work within a collaborative environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV. 2988097
