Excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Manager transitioning to Commercial Property Management.
Our boutique property group is growing its management portfolio and seeks a motivated Assistant Property Manager to work closely with a Commercial Manager, gaining exposure across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Role
Working alongside a supportive Director, you will assist in managing a mixed portfolio and be involved in:
Lease administration, tenant liaison, and arrears management
Maintenance coordination and property inspections
Leasing and business development activities
Learning the fundamentals of commercial and industrial management
Structured development and long-term career prospects.
The Ideal Candidate
Background in residential property management (1–3+ years)
Keen interest in progressing into the commercial space
Strong organisational and communication skills
Current PM registration
