ICT Infrastructure Coordinator Position
The Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese is seeking an ICT infrastructure specialist to join their team and contribute to the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Management:
Lead the operation and maintenance of all ICT infrastructure, including wireless and wired networks, VOIP, MFD, CCTV, security systems, audio visual equipment, and technology hardware.
System Administration:
Manage the technical aspects of ICT systems, including Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, ITSM tools, cyclical maintenance, and other educational platforms.
Liaison and Collaboration:
Liaise with the Technology and Information Services team on infrastructure and system matters.
Vendor Management:
Develop and manage contractual relationships with vendors and service providers.
Technical Support:
Provide necessary advice, support, and management to facilitate the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning.
Strategic Planning:
Facilitate and develop short and long-term ICT plans that meet the current and future needs of users.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
A valid NSW Working with Children Check.
Appropriate experience in infrastructure, network, and ICT projects.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
