What You'll Be Doing:
As an Administration Manager, you'll be reporting directly to the Managing Director and take charge of admin functions, from optimizing systems and leading staff, to managing communication channels and contributing to financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative operations across NSW and ACT regions
- Train, lead, and support a team of admin staff
- Monitor budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
- Drive internal communications strategies and employee engagement
- Represent the company at public events, seminars, and exhibitions
- Ensure governance and compliance with procedures and policies
- Analyze business systems and recommend process improvements
What Skills We're Looking For:
- Proven ability to lead, train, and manage admin staff across locations
- Skilled in overseeing daily workflows, optimizing systems, and improving efficiency
- Experience with invoicing, expenses, financial reporting, and budget planning
- Clear, qualified communicator with experience in both internal and external engagement
- Meticulous with documentation, procedures, and regulatory compliance
