Associate HR Advisor
We are looking for an Associate HR Advisor to join the team. This role focuses on delivering core HR operational services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring processes are efficient, employee‐centric, and aligned with internal policies and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
* Deliver core HR operational services across the employee lifecycle.
* Ensure processes are efficient, employee‐centric, and aligned with internal policies and compliance requirements.
* Maintain operational excellence through accurate HR data management, process improvement, and responsive support for employees and leaders.
* Support a range of people processes including onboarding, exits, and job changes in line with internal procedures.
* Triage shared services tickets and requests, action or escalates appropriately, ensuring consistent and timely service delivery against SLA/KPI metrics.
* Ensure HR data and records across systems are reliable, consistently updated and regularly reconciled.
* Continuously review and refine operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and standardisation.
* Provide a high‐quality experience across the employee lifecycle that employees and stakeholders view as responsive, solutions‐focused, and reliable.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated interest in HR Operations or People Services.
* Proactive initiative to improve the experience and solve problems.
* Systems‐thinking mindset with a strong interest in building scalable processes.
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
* 1–2 years of experience in a People Operations or HR Administration role.
* Exposure to Australian employment legislation and compliance obligations.
* Familiarity with HR or shared services administration, such as onboarding, job changes, or maintaining employee records.
* Experience using HRIS or payroll systems and ticketing platforms.
