We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a knack for building strong relationships with customers, this position might be perfect for you. This role involves making outbound calls to existing customers to inquire about their reorder needs and provide exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to check if they are interested in reordering products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $60,000 per year.
