About the Role
This is a sales-focused retail position across pop-up stores and major shopping centres, including (but not limited to):
* Liverpool Westfield
* Stockland Merrylands
* Westfield Mt Druitt
* Westfield Parramatta
* Large anime & pop culture events
Responsibilities
* Actively engaging with customers throughout the day
* Recommending shirts, hoodies, and accessories
* Processing sales using our iPad (Shopify POS)
* Setting up and packing down the pop-up stall
* Keeping the stall clean, organised, and professional
You will always work alongside another team member, and full training is provided.
Pay Structure
This is a performance-based role. You earn a base hourly rate. Your hourly rate increases based on how many "shirt equivalents" you sell per day. Higher sales = significantly higher earnings. The more effort and sales you put in, the more you earn.

Important: This is not a "stand around or sit on your phone" job. You are expected to engage, sell, recommend, and contribute throughout your shift.
Availability & Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
* Full-time availability preferred
* Flexible with locations and events
* Must have a car and be able to travel
* Comfortable working long days at major events
* Willing to move locations week to week
If you are only looking for minimum effort or guaranteed pay without performance, this role is not for you.
