The Role This isn’t your average front of house job. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience, supporting both the sales team and wider business. With variety at the heart of your day, you’ll manage the front desk, customer orders and queries, and provide vital admin support across the office. A Day in the Life This isn’t just about being front of house. Along with welcoming visitors, managing phones and handling customer queries, you’ll also play a key role in keeping operations sharp. Your day may include: Supporting and guiding the Customer Service team to deliver seamless communication with clients across multiple divisions Overseeing daily team operations, with an eye on safety, service standards and training needs Preparing and maintaining accurate reporting to keep leadership across key performance indicators Engaging with customers by phone, email and in-person to provide efficient, people-focused service Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling, communication and problem solving Helping manage order bank control to support production timelines About You Being super successful in this role means you’ll have at least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service, reception or admin role, ideally with exposure to leading or supporting a team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidence with Microsoft Office are essential. You’ll be organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping a calm, professional presence. Experience with ERP or CRM systems would be a bonus, but above all, you’ll bring a people-first mindset, genuine team spirit and the drive to deliver service excellence every day.
