• Prepping vehicles for repairs by removing and disassembling panels and parts.
• Reassembling and refitting vehicles post‐repair, ensuring they're road‐ready and Carma‐approved.
• Keeping our internal system up to date with work orders and job details—accuracy is key!
• Checking vehicle functionality and quality standards post‐repair.
• Collaborating with the team, especially painters, to ensure smooth workflows and accurate timelines.
• Solving problems on the go and suggesting ways to improve our processes.

• At least 1 year of experience in automotive fitting or panel beating.
• Able to handle a busy, dynamic workshop with changing priorities.
• Detail‐oriented and proud of the quality of your work.
• Skilled at meeting deadlines.
• Tech‐savvy—experience with Apple products or DMS systems is a bonus.
• Clean NSW driver's license and a can‐do attitude!
