Support Worker
Job Description: As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Our team provides supportive services in the client's own home, including domestic assistance, social support, respite, and personal care.
We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to provide support services in a variety of settings. Your key responsibilities will include promoting client choice and positive routines, providing support services in the client's own home, driving client/company vehicles, reporting changes in client's health or care plans, and reviewing communications and ensuring current knowledge of policies and procedures.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of Certificate III in Individualised Support, Home & Community Services, Aged Care, or equivalent. You will also need to have a current full driver's license, Level 2 First Aid Certificate, and CPR certification.
