We're Offering ** Immediate start ** Casual position with 38+ hours a week starting with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 38+ hours per week).

** Take home work vehicle for the right person ?? About the Role We're seeking a motivated and experienced landscape maintenance professional to join our dynamic and fun team on the southern Gold Coast.
Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights, including work visa holders. A few musts: Minimum 2 years' experience in landscape maintenance or gardening
Australian Driver's licence Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team Good communication skills
Friendly and able to develop good rapport with clients and our team Fit, reliable, and willing to work in all weather conditions Honest, hard-working, and takes pride in their work
Experience managing small teams of 1-2 people ( Not essential )
