$412,161 – $523,436 p.a. (inclusive of base salary, superannuation + regional allowances)

About the Role
As a Consultant Paediatrician, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to paediatric and neonatal patients across the region.
Your responsibilities will include :
* Managing acute and chronic paediatric conditions including neonatal care
* Providing clinical leadership and working with a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist
* Contributing to clinical governance, policy, and service improvement
* Supervising and mentoring junior doctors : Senior Registrar, Registrar, Residents, and Intern
* Participating in an on-call roster for emergency and neonatal care

* Clinically experienced in general paediatrics, neonatology, and developmental care
* A strong team player with leadership and teaching skills
