Analyse the management structures of construction projects, including residential redevelopment, municipal infrastructure, and landscape development, to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions; 
Review and advise on cost control methods, construction timelines, and procurement strategies; 
Recommend improvements to stakeholder coordination, safety supervision processes, and quality assurance mechanisms; 
Support compliance with regulatory requirements, project reporting obligations, and government permit frameworks; 
Design project performance evaluation tools and milestone tracking systems to assist project management teams in maintaining delivery quality and timeliness; 
Facilitate communication between internal departments, contractors, and government bodies to ensure project consistency and accountability; 
Advise on business development strategies and support clients in identifying potential growth opportunities, regional partnerships, and market entry pathways aligned with their long-term goals; 
Support clients in exploring sustainable or bio-based material adoption where applicable, particularly in construction or manufacturing projects aimed at meeting ESG or green building targets; 
Deliver summary reports and action plans to senior management to support data-driven decision-making and future investment strategies. 
Skills & Experience Requirements 
Bachelor/Master Degree qualification in Business, Management, Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management; 
Ability to thrive in a high pressure, rapid paced setting; 
Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and computer related skills will be highly regarded; 
Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills; 
Solid leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team; 
Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients; 
Capable of breaking down complex problems and developing strategic solutions; 
Ensures accuracy and precision in all aspects of project controls; 
Maintains integrity and transparency in all project control activities. 
Experience or exposure to emerging sectors such as green infrastructure, industrial decarbonisation or bio-based materials would be advantageous. 
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year 
Schedule:
