Occupational Therapist | Community-Based Role | Brisbane

About the Role
As an OT at Connect2Care, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through a blend of community, telehealth, and centre-based care. This mobile role allows flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics + adults)
* Support NDIS goals and functional outcomes
* Provide AT assessments and recommendations
* Write clear, timely reports
* Manage a varied caseload and meet clinical targets
* Collaborate with families, referrers and other stakeholders
* Engage in regular supervision and professional development
New Graduate Program
* Weekly 1:1 supervision
* Shadowing opportunities
* Core skills training + internal PD
* Fortnightly group mentoring

Requirements
What You'll Need
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration
* WWCC + NDIS Worker Screening + Police Check
* Driver's license + reliable vehicle
* Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
