About the Role
As an OT at Connect2Care, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through a blend of community, telehealth, and centre-based care.
This mobile role allows flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics + adults)
Support NDIS goals and functional outcomes
Provide AT assessments and recommendations
Write clear, timely reports
Manage a varied caseload and meet clinical targets
Collaborate with families, referrers and other stakeholders
Engage in regular supervision and professional development
New Graduate Program
Weekly 1:1 supervision
Shadowing opportunities
Core skills training + internal PD
Fortnightly group mentoring
Access to multidisciplinary senior clinician support
Requirements
What You'll Need
Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
WWCC + NDIS Worker Screening + Police Check
Driver's license + reliable vehicle
Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
