Construction Supervisor / Site Manager to manage projects in Sydney's Northern Beaches & North Shore area (Manly, Narrabeen, Newport, Belrose, Chatswood, Willoughby Artarmon etc)
About The Role
The Construction Supervisor / Site Supervisor will be required to manage current build home projects and knock down rebuilds from start to finish.
Basic salary between $120,000 and $140,000 depending on experience, plus super and vehicle.
Duties
Manage day to day construction activities
Ensure a high level of quality control
Manage sub-contractors and suppliers regularly
Conduct regular and set WHS Site inspections
Proactively schedule and forecast work activities including trades and materials
Maintain job site integrity
Skills & Experience
Current Drivers Licence
Relevant building qualifications
Trade background (carpentry or bricklaying)
Experience in residential home construction
Able to understand and interpret construction drawings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good attention to detail
