Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to our Operations and Maintenance department.

This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day activities, providing administrative support to teams, coordinating documentation updates and revision requirements, administering annual and purchase orders, overseeing the Operations training plan, and maintaining the accuracy of the Operations roster.


About the Role:

* Provide administrative support to Operations and Maintenance teams, including scheduling meetings and events.
* Coordinate onshore documentation updates and revision requirements.
* Administer annual and purchase orders for services to Operations and Maintenance teams.
* Oversee the Operations training plan by coordinating bookings, logistics, and record-keeping.
* Maintain the accuracy of the Operations roster by cross-referencing approved leave reports and travel booking systems.
* Maintain filing and document review systems using SharePoint.


Requirements:

* Proven experience providing administrative support for industrial and/or technical teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications and software programs.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
* Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively as part of a team.
* Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new IT systems and technologies.
