Job Description
As a Registered Nurse in our Call Center, you will be the first point of contact for patients and physicians, providing exceptional service and support. Your clinical expertise and communication skills will enable you to assess patient needs, evaluate medical concerns, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
* Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio
* Three years of recent clinical experience in critical care or emergency room settings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
