About The Position
As a Personal Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that each client receives tailored support that meets their individual needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to clients including assistance with hygiene and grooming.
* Assist clients with daily living tasks such as preparing meals, managing medications, and engaging in social activities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
* Certification in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification) is highly regarded.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* Valid working rights in Australia.
* Police Check.
* Annual flu vaccinations.
* Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination.
