Tasks & responsibilities
Open and close clinic. Greet patients and answer the telephone promptly and courteously. Schedule appointments, process patient invoices/receipts, Medicare claims and bulk bill as required. Enter and update patient registration details. Maintain reception area in a tidy and welcoming manner.
Qualifications & experience
The applicant must have the following attributes:Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. Minimum requirement of completion of Medical Receptionist course. Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and covering additional shifts. Ensure privacy, confidentiality, quality care and service is delivered to our patients.
