Overview
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Melbourne-based Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of technology and processes within the People & Culture (HR) domain. This role will be key to shaping how People & Culture services are delivered and integrated across finance and other enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver architecture across HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.).
* Drive recruitment and onboarding workflows – job requisitions, candidate management, onboarding integrations.
* Enable talent & performance processes – goal setting, reviews, succession, and learning systems.
* Architect solutions for compensation, benefits, and payroll integration.
* Support time & absence management processes and workforce scheduling.
* Align finance systems and enabling platforms with People & Culture for seamless reporting and cost control.
* Develop and maintain integration architecture between HR, Finance, and enterprise applications.
* Partner with stakeholders to optimise process, technology, and people outcomes.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect in HR / People & Culture platforms.
* Strong knowledge of Workday processes (core HCM, recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, payroll, time & absence).
* Experience integrating finance systems and cross-functional platforms.
* Ability to design scalable, future-ready HR/Finance solutions.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
