What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) – essential.
* Current teacher registration with ACECQA is required before starting.
* Montessori qualifications or experience – highly desirable.
* Passion for the Montessori philosophy and its practical application.
* Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Excellent communication and the ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Current Working with Children Check required before commencing employment.
* A minimum of 1+ years of early childhood teaching experience is required.
