The Role
As the HR Administrator you will provide essential administrative support to ensure compliance, accuracy, and the smooth delivery of HR services throughout the business.
Responsibilities
General administration and processing invoices
Managing onboarding for new starters and offboarding for exiting employees
Preparing contracts and addendums, and issuing them via DocuSign
Updating systems (SuccessFactors and SAP HCM for payroll)
Extracting and maintaining reports
Supporting event management as required (e.g. Christmas party, office events, etc.)
Other admin duties as required.
The Person
You will have appropriate HR experience within a dynamic and fast paced office environment. Tertiary Qualifications in HR or a related discipline are an advantage.
With a well-developed knowledge of HR policies and procedures, your high level of attention to detail will see you multitasking and working autonomously or part of a team. You will be proactive and professional whilst acting with discretion and confidentiality at all levels.
