Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and reliable maintenance coordinator to join our team. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of the maintenance team.
About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a maintenance coordinator, you will be working closely with our maintenance team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Coordinating all maintenance workers;
* Scheduling jobs;
* General Office duties (filing, photocopying, scanning, printing of plans);
* Drafting and amending documents as required;
* Processing of invoices, quotes and purchase orders;
* Sourcing and ordering materials and monitoring deliveries;
* Liaising with clients, trades and suppliers;
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* A high school diploma or equivalent;
* 1 year of experience in administration;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong organizational and time management skills;
* Ability to work well under pressure;
* Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
