Synergy Property Specialists is on the hunt for an organised and people-loving Administrative Assistant with Social Media Skills to join our vibrant Bundaberg team
You'll provide high-level administration support directly to our Principal, while also being a key part of our client experience. If you love chatting with people, staying busy, and getting creative online - this role is for you. No two days are the same in real estate, and you'll be right in the heart of the action
What you'll be doing:
Making calls and connecting with clients
Booking appointments and keeping our agents on track
Client liaison — being a friendly, professional first point of contact
Creating and managing engaging social media content
General office administration and support
What you'll need:
A current Real Estate Certificate (essential)
A bubbly, professional communication style
Strong organisation skills
Social media confidence (content creation + scheduling)
A proactive, can-do attitude
