Reporting to the CFO this is a full-time position, you will be assisting with financial functions in a role that demands exceptional accuracy as you will be handling key accounts. The primary responsibilities of the Accounts Receivables role will include:
- Daily Bank Feeds & Reconciliations
- Processing of Credits
- Day to Day Office Functions
- Bank Transactions
- Data Entry
- AP/AR
- Payroll Preparation
- Allocating Invoices to Cost-Centres
**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll be a good all-rounder, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel (Formatting Documents) and have previous experience in a similar function. You'll have excellent attention to detail, strong system skills across MYOB/SAP/XERO software and be adaptable to an environment which requires a diverse range of skills.
