DirectBor is a successful and ever-expanding directional drilling company, and we are looking for an experienced administration officer to join our team
Details of the role:
* Invoicing and accounts payable
* Project/Tender preparation and submission
* Employee management, payroll coordination, training
* Prepare and submit projects and tenders.
* Schedule jobs and allocate resources effectively
* Front-of-office duties, including phone and email management
* Liaise professionally with clients and suppliers
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Experience in accounting software
* Competent with all aspects of Microsoft Office
* A team player
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Experience with payroll, timesheets, and staff coordination
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in project and tender preparation (preferred
* Exceptional time management skills
* Self-motivated
The position is for 5 days a week (Monday – Friday) 7.30am - 4pm
