We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager / Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and help shape the next stage of our growth.

What You'll Be Doing
This position is approximately 50% outbound sales and 50% strategy and client communication. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their marketing skills.
Conduct outbound activities such as phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate new business leads and book strategy sessions.
Work alongside senior strategists to develop tailored marketing strategies for SEO, Google Ads, and META Ads.
Build and present proposals with support from our technical and account management teams.
Manage your own sales pipeline and maintain professional, friendly, and consistent communication with prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met and expectations are clearly communicated.
Identify opportunities for long-term partnerships and client growth.
What We're Looking For
At least 6 months of outbound sales or client-facing experience (digital marketing experience is a bonus).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
An eagerness to learn and develop skills across SEO, Google Ads, and META Ads.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
A proactive, positive attitude and confidence to initiate conversations.
A genuine interest in helping businesses grow online.

Salary guide: $55,000 - $65,000 + Commissions + Super (based on experience)
