Job Summary
The Survey Operations Lead is a critical role within our Planning and Land Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of surveying professionals, providing technical leadership and guidance in the field of transport infrastructure survey.
This role involves reviewing and processing surveys undertaken by internal staff and others, approving plans and documents as required, and working closely with the leadership team to support the needs of the whole Surveying Services team.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in surveying or geomatics, registration as a Practising Licensed Surveyor in Victoria, and at least 10 years' experience in the surveying profession. They will also possess excellent management and people leading skills, as well as a strong understanding of transport survey plans and associated legislation.
