Job Opportunity: Swim Teacher
About the Role
This is a casual position for a Swim Teacher at North Melbourne Recreation Centre. You will be responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans that promote swimming skill building in school-aged children.
* You will structure and design lessons with activities that challenge and develop students' swimming and water safety ability.
* Recommend students for level progression when appropriate.
* Teach and model effective problem-solving skills and conflict resolution techniques.
Key Responsibilities
* To develop and deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
* To assess student progress and make recommendations for level progression where applicable.
* To maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and any relevant observations.
