Role Description
This is a part‐time hybrid role for a Property Manager, based in Mount Waverley, VIC, with the flexibility to work remotely on selected days. The Property Manager will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring they are well‐maintained and fully tenanted. Responsibilities include coordinating property inspections, liaising with property owners and tenants, managing lease agreements, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves budget management and ensuring rental income collection.
Qualifications
* Property management expertise, including lease administration, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage property portfolios efficiently
* Knowledge of local real estate regulations, compliance requirements, and property law
* Strong negotiation and communication abilities to effectively liaise with tenants and property owners
* Proficiency in property management software and common office applications
* A valid real estate license or certification in property management
* Attention to detail and problem‐solving skills
* Experience in Melbourne's property market is highly desirable
