Your key responsibilities will include:

* Scheduling and coordination of technician appointments;

* Client communication, including answering inbound calls and providing exceptional service;

* Lead management and follow-ups, engaging with potential customers to convert enquiries into bookings;

* Data entry and workflow management, including accurately recording bookings, job details, and technician assignments in our system;

* Invoicing and payment assistance, including assisting with invoicing and following up on outstanding payments.

About You

To excel in this role, you should be a strong communicator, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in scheduling or administration within the service industry is highly preferred.
