Salary : $198,737 pa + Superannuation + Annual Leave Loading

Your role
The Superintendent Inmate Construction Program (ICP) manages and drives a large infrastructure delivery program utilising inmate labour which contributes to reducing adult reoffending.
The Superintendent will provide a high level of operational and strategic advice to the Director Infrastructure and Capacity Planning on Infrastructure matters affecting correctional centres and for any consequential decision making or implementation of strategies and initiatives to deliver core objectives.
What we’re looking for
1. Current driver licence with the ability and willingness to drive throughout New South Wales.
2. Current Certificate III in Correctional Practice or capacity to complete Certificate III in Correctional Practice in accordance with specified CSNSW timeframes.
3. Proven success and extensive experience in managing construction projects up to the value of $30 million dollars.
