About the Role
As a Quality and Self-Assurance Specialist at TAFE NSW, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our educational programs maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. Collaborating with Faculty and internal stakeholders, you'll help implement and monitor frameworks that uphold both internal benchmarks and external regulatory requirements. To thrive in this role, candidates must meet all essential requirements, including holding relevant qualifications or experience, and demonstrated expertise in contemporary learning practices and vocational education standards. Your contribution will directly support outstanding student outcomes and reinforce TAFE NSW's reputation for excellence.
About You
You're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for educational quality and compliance. With relevant qualifications or equivalent experience, you bring a solid understanding of vocational education standards and contemporary learning practices. Your ability to collaborate across teams enables you to support the implementation and oversight of quality frameworks that meet both internal expectations and external regulatory requirements. In this role, your expertise will help drive exceptional student outcomes and strengthen TAFE NSW's standing as a leader in education.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Appropriate Degree or Diploma at AQF level 5-8 or equivalent, or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
* Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary learning and assessment techniques.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the standards and regulatory environment governing vocational education and training.
* Demonstrated experience supporting educational quality and compliance-focused initiatives to drive organisation-wide improvements and outcomes.
