We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join the retail dealership marketing team. Autosports Group is a large, listed retail automotive dealer group representing the world's greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. Currently, we have over 3000 employees across 85 dealerships in QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT and New Zealand. Autosports Group in Victoria represents brands like Audi, BMW and Volvo.
The opportunity:
Support the marketing activities that have a core focus on driving leads for a group of dealerships. You will support the development of strategic marketing plans, execute and optimise campaigns, develop customer communications, and coordinate events. You will be working alongside key stakeholders across the business, reporting to the Group Marketing Manager. This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and dynamic, based at our centralised head office in Brighton with some local travel to dealerships.
The role:
* We do it all Our marketing team works on strategy, campaign creation, campaign reporting, data analysis, and executing exciting events for dealerships.
* Work with the Group Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.
* Create marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales conversions.
* Work with agencies and suppliers to execute campaigns on time and within budget.
* Review campaign data, including leads, sales, and digital performance, to deliver insights back to dealership teams and help optimise marketing ROI.
* Develop all customer communications
* Manage online platform content including websites and social channels.
* Assist with managing the marketing budget.
* Other marketing duties as per the job description.
About you:

* A degree or qualification in business or marketing is ideal.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a marketing role, ideally in automotive dealerships, media agency, group of franchise businesses.
* Excellent time management skills, communication and confidence in engaging with stakeholders.
