Job Role
The Sustaining Tenancies Practitioner will provide person-centred support to individuals and families at risk of homelessness. They will deliver essential services in providing prevention and post-crisis support to clients, ensuring the maintenance of their housing for as long as needed.
* This role requires a trauma-informed approach in developing and implementing case plans. The ideal candidate should be able to assist clients in securing and maintaining housing, promoting independence and community connection.
