* Represent St Anthony's as an initial point of contact, fostering strong relationships with students, staff, families and visitors
* Foster a positive work environment through collaboration with the administration team, leadership, staff and the school community to achieve common goals
* Maintain a confident and friendly demeanour, showing excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
* Display highly effective social, oral and written communication skills, protecting sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
* Have excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail, experience and proficiency with a broad range of business software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and Google Suite
* Demonstrate strong administrative, time management, and organisational abilities, including the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
