The Hellenic Club is looking for passionate Chef de Partie to join our growing Kitchen team full time. 
The Hellenic Club delivers catering solutions tailored to any occasion. Our diverse menus range from canapés, multi-course breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and buffets, to exclusive seven-course wine degustations and specialty dining experiences. 
At the Hellenic Club, we take pride in preparing everything in-house using only the highest-quality ingredients, with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities 
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. 
Ensure consistency in food standards and portion control as directed by the Executive and Head Chefs. 
Work independently without supervision while maintaining a clean and organised work environment. 
Collaborate with the Executive and Head Chefs to train and develop junior kitchen staff. 
Assist the Executive and Head Chefs with catering matters, including budgeting, forward planning, purchasing, and weekly margin reviews. 
Ensure effective stock rotation and accurate recording of all deliveries. 
Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety policies, procedures, and standards. 
Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and operation of all kitchen equipment. 
Requirements 
At least 1 year of experience working in a commercial kitchen. 
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients. 
Ability to work well under pressure and excellent time management skills. 
Experience in functions and events is an added advantage.
