Integrated Operations Command Centre (IOCC) – Leederville
Positions: Control Room Operators
Type: Full-time – Rotating Roster (24/7 Operations)
Our IOCC is the heart of modern security delivery, managing virtual patrols, live alarm monitoring, and proactive incident response across WA and beyond.
About the Role:
* Monitor and respond to incidents using CCTV, AI-enabled cameras, Patriot, and Permaconn platforms.
* Liaise with mobile patrols and produce detailed incident reports.
* Supervisors: Oversee operations, ensure quality, and drive improvements.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a security control room environment.
* Proficiency with CCTV, Patriot, and Permaconn.
* Current WA Security Licence, First Aid, and Driver's Licence.
* Strong communication and incident response skills.

Hotel Security Guards – Night Shift
Location: Various hotel sites, Perth Metro Area
Type: Full-time available – Night shifts
We are seeking professional Hotel Security Officers to provide a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
About the Role:
* Patrol premises to protect guests, staff, and property.
* Manage access control and respond to incidents.
* Provide a professional presence and assist with guest security needs.
Requirements:
* Current WA Security Licence, First Aid and Driver's Licence.
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation.
* Availability for overnight shifts.
* Previous experience in hotel or corporate security – preferred but not necessary
