About the role
Sheahan Built Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Sales professional to join their team in Roma, Queensland. This full-time position is a crucial role within the company, responsible for overseeing all office operations and supporting the business's sales efforts.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, reception duties, and coordinating with other departments
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and potential customers, handling inquiries and following up on sales leads
- Assisting with the preparation of quotes, contracts, and other sales-related documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed
What we\'re looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years\' experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative/sales role
- Solid organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Preferably be familiar with XERO accounting program, spread sheets & word.
- Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
