The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll work across the full spectrum of recruitment in the HR space, partnering with organisations across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
You will have the chance to work across exclusive permanent, value-add contingent and contracting work, all while being supported by our in-house marketing and corporate teams.
All our work is 360-degree recruitment where you work with clients and candidates to ensure you’re connecting with purpose.
Your days will be varied meeting top candidates, taking detailed job briefs, meeting with clients to explore gaps and upcoming needs. You’ll network, dive deeper into the sector and build your brand as a trusted advisor and partner.
