AGEM Property Group is a Commercial Property Funds Manager, focused on creating long‐term wealth and stability for families. The Opportunity

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Administrator who enjoys being the steady support that keeps a busy team organised and running smoothly. In this role, you'll bring strong attention to detail, a friendly and approachable manner, and the ability to stay calm and focused when things get busy. You'll help manage daily office tasks, support the wider team, and make sure the workplace feels welcoming and organised, allowing the team to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

* Staff Support – Provide day‐to‐day administrative assistance to keep the team organised and supported, helping maintain a positive and efficient workplace.
* Teamwide Assistance – Lend a hand to the Finance, Investor Relations, and Property teams during busy periods, ensuring tasks are completed smoothly and on time.
* Visitor Experience – Welcome guests, prepare meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and make sure every visitor has a friendly and professional experience.
* Office Operations – Overseeing office aesthetics, coordinating events, and liaising with vendors to maintain a premium environment.
* Brand Representation – Carry yourself with professionalism and warmth, reflecting the company's values in your interactions with staff, clients, and visitors.
