What we're looking for
* Minimum 1 year's experience in tyre fitting, balancing, or wheel alignment
* Strong understanding of tyre wear patterns, alignment diagnostics, and safe fitment practices
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced workshop
* High attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Good communication skills and a professional approach with customers and coworkers
* A current driver's licence (may consider experienced technician without a current driver licence)

* Fitting, balancing and repairing tyres across a wide range of vehicles
* Conducting tyre inspections and advising on roadworthiness
